Dr. Chigos grew up in the San Francisco Bay area, where he  developed  a  passion for taking care of animals at an early age.  After dedicating  many years  to teaching and managing an educational television station, he decided to  pursue his lifelong  dream of becoming a  veterinarian. Dr. Chigos earned his  veterinary degree from Ross  University and finished his clinical year  at Oregon  State. He greatly values and enjoys his relationships with clients, emphasizing  preventive care and working with clients to ensure the best plan possible for sick patients. When not working he spends time with his wife and daughter taking care of their two cats, and beloved dog. Some of his favorite Oregon activities are hiking, skiing, trips to the beach, and attending Timbers games.

Dr. Tammy Tomschin first developed a deep bond with animals by training and showing dogs at an early age. The experience of communicating with the animals and learning how to work as a team along side a wide range of different breeds spurred a fascination and love of animals that took Tammy to Oregon States Veterinary school where she graduated in 1999 after completing a clinical rotation at Washington State's Veterinary School. As a veterinarian the special bond between humans and animals is still of paramount importance to her. She is passionately devoted to helping clients determine the best care possible for their pets. Dr. Tomschin enjoys spending time horseback riding and hiking especially in the gorge. At home she loves spending time with her dogs "Sonja" and "Sanders" as well as her cat "Cookie."
