Dr. Chigos grew up in the San Francisco Bay area, where he developed a passion for taking care of animals at an early age. After dedicating many years to teaching and managing aneducational television station, he decided to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian. Dr. Chigos earned his veterinary degree from Ross University and finished his clinical year at Oregon State. He greatly values and enjoys his relationships with clients, emphasizing preventive care and working with clients to ensure the best plan possible for sick patients. When not working he spends time with his wife and daughter taking care of their two cats, and beloved dog. Some of his favorite Oregon activities are hiking, skiing, trips to the beach, and attending Timbers games.
Dr. Derek DeRose graduated from Oregon State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. He practiced in Southern California for 3 years before moving to Oregon in 2001, and has practiced in the Beaverton/Tigard area ever since. He greatly values the importance of educating clients about their pets health needs, and building a strong relationship with each and every client. His special interest are canine and feline dentistry. Dr. DeRose lives in Beaverton with his wife, 2 children and 4 cats. He enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, and the outdoors.
Dr. Larson grew up in Pennsylvania and Florida. She obtained herBachelor's degree in liberal studies and her Master's degree in mathematicsfrom the University of Central Florida in Orlando. She then went on tocomplete her veterinary degree at the University of Florida College ofVeterinary Medicine in Gainesville. Her special interests includegeriatric and hospice care, feline medicine, and dentistry. In her sparetime Dr. Larson enjoys biking, dancing, and watching classic movies. She also enjoys horse-back riding and owns a horse and two goats.
